The Wheat Eye Pillow, or yoga eye pillow, is a versatile tool to soothe tired eyes, block out unwanted light and help to deepen your relaxation. Used as a war compress, the Eye Pillow relieves dry eyes as well as easing migraines, cramping and pain. Eyes feeling puffy? Why not chill your Eye Pillow and apply it over the eyes to de-puff and awaken tired eyes.

Founded by Swedish native Lo Blästa in 2017, natural remedies, traditional craftsmanship and a love for linen set the foundation for Blästa Henriët. 

Working with sustainable linen flax and Cotswold wheat, Blästa Henriët self-care products are designed to provide relaxation, natural pain relief and everyday comfort. 

The beautiful fabric is sourced directly from the mill in Europe, whilst every other component of the products is sourced and completed in the UK, including stitching, label making, recycled product packaging and fabric printing.

To heat your Wheat Bag, place it in the microwave (600W) for 30 to 60 seconds. Alternatively preheat your oven to 125 degrees and place the Wheat Bag in for 5 to 10 minutes. To use your Wheat Eye Pillow as a cold pack, place it in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes. To prevent your eye pillow from absorbing freezer food smells, we recommend placing it in a reusable zip lock bag whilst in the freezer.
