This is a mineral-based eye pencil with a soft, buttery formula that will not tug at delicate skin. Made with conditioning oils and waxes, it can be used anywhere on the face. It also contains natural pigments to give you long-lasting colour that stays put.
Key ingredients are Shea Butter to moisturise, Macadamia Seed Oil to soothe, and Vitamin E to protect.
